Latin America's Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on Android: Q1 2024 Performance

In the first quarter of 2024, the Android platform has seen diverse user engagement trends among the top theme park apps in Latin America. Through data provided by Sensor Tower, we can observe how these apps have fared in terms of downloads and weekly active users.

My Disney Experience experienced a downward trend in downloads, starting at around 8K in the first week of January and dropping to 6K by the end of March. Weekly active users also saw a decrease, starting at approximately 9K and declining to around 8K over the same period.

Beto Carrero World showed an initial increase in downloads, peaking at 9K in the second week of January, but then followed a downward trajectory to approximately 5K by the end of March. Weekly active users began at around 12K, dipping to 8K mid-quarter, but recovered slightly to 8K by the end of March.

Six Flags downloads saw a sharp decline from 8K in the first week of January to just under 2K by mid-February, before rebounding to around 6K by the end of March. Weekly active users started strong at approximately 35K, but fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with around 26K.

Universal Orlando Resort downloads decreased from around 4K to just over 2K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users saw a slight decrease from 9K at the beginning of January to just over 8K by the end of March.

Lastly, Disneyland® downloads also followed a declining pattern, starting at nearly 4K and falling to approximately 2K by the first week of March, before rising back up to around 4K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 13K and rising to over 14K in the last week of March.
